hello everybody what a lovley day to start back on slimming world fell away march last year and a stone on :cry: trying to remember how the diet goes, can somebody have a look at breakfast i had and see what day it best fits under red or green thanks here goes .....

1 egg fried in fry light
1 round off wholemeal bread fried in fry light
250g off mushrooms fried in frylight :eek: love mushrooms
2 slices off maple bacon grilled
spoonful of tomato sauce .

That fits it for a Red day with 1 Healthy Extra used for the bread.

If it was a green day you would have to use the bread AND the bacon as a healthy extra so stick with a red day.

Dont forget to syn the tomato sauce (1 syn)
There is a new plan called Extra Easy now which combines the red and green plans, so you can have meat and potato together, but you can only have one healthy extra A, and one healthy extra B. You work out the syn values, using the lowest one listed. For example, if something is 3 syns on red, but 7 syns on green, the syn value for extra easy would be 3.
