I am a live in carer so spend most of my day indoors. been trying to restart for months now. No luck. Like yesterday I start and then binge at night. What's wrong with me? I am really trying to believe it will work again and stop questioning and overthinking everything but it's sooo damn hard. The pressure now is I have 25 weeks to get from 15.1 to 8.4 for an event? I know it's possible but I continue to question it. Will I ever lose this weight?

Just keep trying! Maybe ease yourself into it so have a planned ketosis friendly meal at the end of every day for the first week. After that you'll be in ketosis fully and won't feel hunger. Remember why you're doing this. Keep you goal in mind, visualise it and try to really imagine how that will feel. Think about what you'll wear, where you'll go, how people will react etc, and then ask yourself what food in the world could ever make you feel that good!

Self sabotage sometimes happens for a reason, it's worth doing some introspective thinking to see if you can figure it out.

    Best of luck xxx

Evenings are the hardest! Any chance you can keep yourself busy by going for a walk or something? Finding a new hobby to keep your mind off food?

Need to believe we can do this. One day at a time right? I made the mistake of weighing myself this morning (day 2) and i didnt see any movement on the scales... It's depressing :( but just need to hang in there. We can do this!
