Hi guys,
wondered if you could help.
I started sw last week and I think I did really well in my first week and stuck to the plan but I only lost a pound. I would have been happy with that but my leader made me feel like I hadn't even tried and done it all wrong. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for me as I'm new to this.
Would very much appreciate any advice you can give.
