My silly boyfriend bought me' a full fat macaroni cheese when I asked for the ww one! I'm now stuck at work manning the office alone and have no choice but to eat it...I know the syns are going to be high but pls could someone check for me

Um, can I ask how you got that figure, is it per 100g?

For a 400g pack I get 19½ if I use dried pasta or uncooked and 21 if I use fresh pasta, that's on EE. Im never too sure what you're supposed to use? But I dont get anything near 7.

Yeah seems unlikely that it would be 7.5 syns for 400g as the nutrituonal info given is for 100g not 400g

I think christie has taken 1 syn for every 20 calories for the 100g nutritional information.

Yeah, christie - pasta counts as a free food and the tin has 400g in it.
