points allowance?

Hi just thought I'd ask....

the way points allowance is worked out I chose 21 for me because when I'm at work I am on my feet from 7 30 till 4 without a break at all so picked the occasionally sitting but mainly standing option.

However since its the wekend I'm not on my feet all day so should I alter the amount of points for those days?
 
No, I wouldnt. I think its looking at what you do for most of the week.

As You May Eat To Many Points And Not Have A Good Weight Lost!
 
I thought the points were based on your weight, have they included the amount of exercise you do aswell as a factor now then ?

Its one of the sections to work out your daily allowance you get points depending on whether youre

Sitting down most of the time
Occasionally sitting but mainly standing
Walking most of the time
Doing physically hard work all the time
