points for exercise?

If it helps I've got the app "runkeeper" on my phone and it calculates exercise.
I burned off nearly 300 calories with doing 6 miles on my bike. It calculates your speed etc.
So I guess that was about 4-5 points.
Mine was about 9km in 55 minutes.
So I think u did about 4.3 miles in 40 minutes.
As a complete guess with calories I'd say about 200 calories so that's probably about 3-3.5 points.
Quite a rough guess but probably not too far out.
