points for exercise?

    Can anyone pls tell me how many points you can bank for cycling?

    If it helps I've got the app "runkeeper" on my phone and it calculates exercise.
    I burned off nearly 300 calories with doing 6 miles on my bike. It calculates your speed etc.
    So I guess that was about 4-5 points.

    Hm. Ok. I did 7km in 40 minutes - any idea how that works out?? :)

    Mine was about 9km in 55 minutes.
    So I think u did about 4.3 miles in 40 minutes.
    As a complete guess with calories I'd say about 200 calories so that's probably about 3-3.5 points.
    Quite a rough guess but probably not too far out.
    Well done. Makes u feel good doesn't it x
