    :) hi
can anyone tell me if the shopping book is right (the 2010 one) as it says that mr porky pork crackles are only half a point for a 20gm bag now that sounds sooo good but on the back of the packet it has 125 cal and 3.2sat fat?? didnt know wether it was a mistake or cos it was natural it was lower! im hoping the books right but seems too good to be true!

Hey, don't use that calculator, it's the American one, which is totally different!
One thing to check, are those values for the 20gm serving? Or maybe it could be for 100g? If that is for the whole serving, then it's 2.5 points a bag :)

I think unfortunately you're more likely to have been over-eating than under-eating... But I'm not sure, it's just a totally different way of doing it. UK WW uses only calories and saturated fat. Anyway I wouldn't worry about what's past, just start from today using the right calcuator ;P x
