Yes you can save 4 a day as long as this doesnt take you belwo the magic 16, so if your allowance is 19, i'm afraid you will only be able to save 3 a day ( tho now again wouldn't hurt you but dont tell anyone i said that!!)

you're not supposed to regularly save more than 4 points of your daily allowance per day.

on a different note, i thought galia melon was 2 points per half? x

also, its a minimum of 14 per day for anyone, though the recommendation is to not save anymore than 4 from your daily allowance, so if you are on 19, try not to go under 15 as it will most likely hinder your weightloss rather than help it x
