In order to keep weight loss steady, how often do you reduce your points and by how much? For example, is it reduced by 1-2 pts for every stone you lose? Or do you reduce the number of points depending on how close to your goal wait you are? Like, if you have 39 pts and you're 80lb from goal weight, do you divide 80 by 10 to knock a point off every time you lose 8lb? I know it's usually calculated at meetings but since I'm not going to them, it would be good to know how often I should lower my points to keep the weight coming off.
