Points value for M&Ms ?

In a moment of weakness, I went to the vending machine at work and had a 45g bag. They were lovely and I made them last around 20mins! Does anyone know how many points I've just used? They're the peanut ones BTW.

A quick google threw up this site and it seems your snack was 5 points. Not too bad if you're like me and on 34ish points per day.

Thanks for that! I'm just under at 33 points a day so not as bad as I feared. Trouble is, I'm in a dieting mindset so I keep thinking I can't have these things and I do find sometimes I haven't used all my points.

I'm also trying to find the points for Cobra Zero beer. I can see Cobra light in the book but I don't know if Zero is much less than that. It's the only alcohol-free beer I've ever tried that actually tasted pretty good.

Anyway, for Cobra Zero, according to the following nutritional information:

Nutritional Information per 100ml

Energy: 100.4Kj 24 Kcal
Protein: 0.8g
Carbohydrate: 1.97g
Fat: 0g

For a 330ml bottle (so 80 cals) my calculator reckons you are lookign at 1 point per bottle. Not to bad!!
