yay!! i've rounded up a few of the girlies in work and we found a place that does a 10 week beginner course!! Tee hee hee, i can stick that on my cv lol! I'm going to do one "bums and tums" class and the pole dancing cos i need to start getting active and i need it to be fun so i can't think of a better way!! x
hun dont worry when i went thats all i kept thining but honestly they are not skinny and i was 13st when i went and its just your strengh that you will build up, dint get me wrong it does hurt and you cant move the next day but you will notice a diffrence espesially after a few times of going
i would of thought if its a course they would start off really easy cause most of them probs not done it before.... and its probably more young people that just want to get fit like you. how much is it costing ya?? is it expensive?
yeah they normally have 2-4 poles and the more experienced go one seperate ones to the newbies and you get taught a certain amount of moves a week then practice them as the weeks go on introducing new moves each week! hope that helps
