Hi everyone.
I have been low carbing again for the last 3 weeks. I have lost 8lbs and that was in 2 weeks as I stayed the same on Monday.
I definitely feel low carb is for me as 2 years ago I lost 4 stone and mainly kept it off, but went off track after a plateau. I am back on it now for good as I genuinely believe most carbs are the enemy for me :/
Feeling better and happier and hope to continue and find support and recipes here :D
