MAINTAINED..... am OK with that as although my scales don't show losses or gains of half lbs it does show another number after the lbs and this number has reduced by .4 so happy with that.

am soooooo gutted Divvy I could cry!!! :(
I know I followed the plan, I stayed within syns, was under 15 on several days, made up for the HEB error by reducing next days syns - WHAT WENT WRONG!!!???

I am now back to same weight I was 4 weeks ago - in effect 1 whole month WASTED!!! Every day 100% yet no loss!! Feel sooo tempted to say SCREW THIS and BINGE!!! I won't as too scared to re. blood levels..... :(
 
I am still very gutted.....I am today the same weight I was 4 weeks ago!!! SO I have wasted a month!!!! All 100% days yet no loss to show for it!!!! Aaaarrrgggghhhhhhhhh!!! So want to binge but worried what will happen re. my levels!!!! AArrrgggghhhhhhhhh again! My levels haven't been the best either in this month - so can't even take solace from better blood levels!!!! sob sob!!!

Anyway - stuck to plan (even though SOOOOOOO tempted not to!)

sometimes people have maintains or gains then have a couple of large losses. everybodys bodys work differently, if you know you're doing 100% then it will come off when its good and ready. maybe try a flex day once in a while, my mum has one a week and always has a loss. if she does 100% her metabolism doesnt work as hard x
 
Thanks Carrieonregardless....... fingers crossed I do lose this week else I think I'll lose the will to live!!!!! (exaggeration obviously!!). I am sticking to 100% days AGAIN and want a loss come Monday.....we'll see!
