pork and parsnip, potato topped pie

Made this last night and was really scrummy

So frylight pork mince, an onion and some green pepper and a copule of parnsnips
add a tsp of curry powder and a tin of chopped toms,some mixed herbs and add salt and pepper.

Transfer mix to a dish, chop potato slices to cover and spray with frylight about 30 mins in oven until they go brown
