Puddings Possible Cheesecake?

So just having my first ever muller light banana and custard flavour at work (my consultant raves about this flavour) and its delicious. Was having a think about possible dessert ideas and does anyone think the below idea for a cheescake might work?

So using the alpen bars as your healthy extra as other people have suggested for the base and then mixing a flavoured muller light/FF yoghurt of your choice with quark or 0% total greek yoghurt?

On another note last night made the SW Truffles (Scan bran, nuttella and golden syrup) and they are amazing for them chocolate cravings. There chewy (when isnt scan bran chewy) but i actually like that about them

I'm thinking of making a banoffee pie style cheesecake - SW style of course.

I plan to use:
- Alpen Lights for the base
- Toffee mullerlight, Banana mullerlight & Quark for the filling
- Fresh banana for the topping

Will let you know how I get on once I've gotten round to this little experiment
