Post Break Up Body

Thursday - today is probably going to be a very OTT calorie count. I'm heading to London and meeting friends for an evening picnic in the park (31° today!). That probably means biscuits and carby things, but I'll donate healthy things to the pot and we'll see how it goes.

As for the morning, I had a pink lemonade tea after my run for c. 80 calories. Then I've made a very early lunch (eating at 11am) of steak salad. Steak is about 250 cal, then 170 in oils and 50 more in vegetables for 470 total. That means 550 before I get to London.
 
Goodness, you don't want to know the amount I ate!

Had 2 g&t and 2 beers. Plus about a punnet of cherries, plus 10? Cocktail sausages, half a pack of pringles, handful of nuts and olives and some potato and rice salad. And three cookie dough bites from M&S. Maybe tomorrow I will try to assign calories to all that, but for tonight that's enough.

It was a great fun evening, but I feel very bloated which I'm putting down to the cherries.

G&T: 140 cal
Beers: 250 cal
Cherries: 100 cal
Cocktail sausages: 350 cal
Pringles: 600 cal
Nuts: 100 cal
Salad: 650 cal
Bites: 200 cal
Total: 2390 cal

Ok, had a costa frappé on the way back from London today (350 cal), then a sweet tea (80 cal) and 3 cocktail sausages (100 cal). For dinner, the classic Friday wrap pizza (500 cal) plus a glass of g&t (70 cal).

Total 1200 cal
 
Saturday - Had 2 sausages after my run (330 cal), an apple (50 cal) and a sliver of carrot cake (60 cal). Went to a school fair in the afternoon and had 2 g&t (160 cal).

Had a bit of hummus with mushrooms (50 cal), then for dinner, ate a burger patty (200 cal) with lettuce and cheese (100 cal) and a bit of chutney (50 cal)

Total 1000
 
Sunday - terrible eating today. Feeling very hormonal this weekend. Irritable and snacky.
Morning had a banana (100 calories). Then 3 bowls of granola (800 calories) and a slice of cake (260 calories). Had 2 slices of cheese and two pieces of salami for a snack (300 calories). For dinner, had pork with cauliflower mash and green beans (400 calories), then ate an apple and some chocolate (500 calories).

Total: 2360 calories

With all the exercising I'm doing at the moment, I am going to give myself a few weeks to figure out what I'm doing with healthy eating. Right now I am all over the place.

Helloo - I'm just having a few life changes. Moving to London on Monday and haven't been thinking about diet. I'll dial back in to everything in a week or so.
 
Just a note this morning as I weighed myself before heading out to London. My weight is exactly the same, but that's no surprise and if anything it's a good thing. I've been eating all sorts of rubbish the last week.

I'm not sure when I will next be able to weigh myself as I don't have any scales at the moment, but will get back into healthy eating and recording as soon as I can get a routine back.
 
Definitely sounds like a good thing when you have so much going on! Hope the move goes smoothly and you're settled in soon. I imagine new park and social runs will be a great way to build up a network as well.
 
What have I been eating this week?

Monday - moved to London. I had to hang around all day until my lodging was ready so I had a cider and a duck hash at a local pub. Very calorific. 500 for the code and 1100 for the duck. Once I got to my place, I bought a pack of m&m's (330 cal), a Vimto (150 cal) and an oasis (100 cal). 2180 for the day.

Tuesday - had a healthy bowl from a local cafe. It was covered in hummus, so I might guess 800 calories. Then 3 gin & tonic 240 cal. For dinner I made a Tik tok recipe chickpea and cabbage lemon salad. It was really delicious, but I used too much oil and added feta, so I guess 1000 calories. I also had 500 calories of nuts. Plus went to the cinema and had a coke 300 cal and a pack of malteasers 500 cal. Total 3340.

Wednesday - ate left over salad 1000 calories, plus remaining nuts 500 calories, plus an apple 100 calories. Total 1600.
 
Hope you're settling in well. So many lovely eating places around London. The salad sounds AMAZING. Might have to give something similar a go.

This is my portion calorie estimates based on 2 portions: 150 cabbage, 150 chickpeas, 210 feta, 60 pine nuts, 50 cal panko, 15 mustard, 60 maple, 300 oil = 995 cal per portion.
 
Amazing, thank you. Away tomorrow, but will be giving that a go next week. They have Chinese leaf in my local shop which would work so well
 
Thursday - ate salmon with pea and broccoli mash (600 cal), plus 5 custard creams (300 cal), plus one cider and one g&t (600 cal). Total 1500 cal.

Friday - started with Greek yoghurt (150 cal) with pine nuts (100 cal), maple syrup (40 cal) and an apple (100 cal). Lunch of remaining salmon and veg mash (600 cal), plus 5 custard creams (300 cal). Total 1290.
