Urgh! I deleted my post by mistake! Here I go again!
I had a weird tea and wasn't what I originally started making. I wasn't going to post a photo as I burnt the roasted veg beyond recognition, but I ate it so here it is... A wopping 474 cals with my add ons!
Homemade guacamole, Melba toasts, carrot chips, asparagus, cremated roasted veg with a bit of Passata on top to try and soften it! And look at those lush onion rings! Battered as well mind you!! They were only 117 cals which I didn't think was too bad really.
I'll have a better tea tomorrow night! X
Mash a medium guacamole, add some chopped red onion (& some tomato if you want to bulk it out a bit like I do) & some finely chop fresh coriander (1-2tbs) depending on if you like it. Season with salt & hot pepper sauce if you like ( I omit these) x
