Potential blip on the horizon

Ok so I am just finishing Attack and going onto Cruise. I am going away 12th August to 14th August. Going to stay with a friend and meet up with some others.

We usually go out for an indian whilst I am there. What would be safe to have? I am thinking of doing both the days as PV to widen my choice but want to get myself prepared for temptation

Some the ladies on here go to the online menu and have a good look so they are prepared before they go. Also you can have things without the sauce and ask for a salad instead of rice or naan bread.

I'd suggest that you propose something different for this meal. Something Dukan adaptable. A massive steak. Seafood platter. Indian/Chinese really isn't easy... and you'll feel deprived most likely, so how about you check out a place in advance where you could eat well the Dukan way...
