PP & H&F help

    Hi everyone, in new to ww & a currently on mat leave but go back to work next week. I'm doing pp instead of ss but was wondering can I do pp with the odd H&F day as this will suit my work routine? Any help would be greatly received. Tyia.

    Thank you. This will definitely help when I'm back at work. One more question, do u use all your wp & ap's? I'm worried I won't lose if I do? xx

    I think that it's all up to the individual! I know people who use all their WP all their AP and still lose! Some use half their WP and no AP and lose! It's a case of trial and error and see what works for you I think. Personally I used 0 WP and 0 AP last week and this week I've used 8 WP and 0AP. Got a big week coming up so I plan to use most of my WP but still 0 AP! X

    Fair play to only using daily points! I'm not sure i could do it! I do love a glass of wine or two! I will see how it goes at wi. Might try & use less next week, maybe just wp & leave the ap's alone!

    Whatever works for you :) You might be one of the lucky ones who can use every last pp and still hit big numbers, fingers crossed eh! X

    I used everyone of my points & maybe a couple over..oops but just weighed & 2.75lb off! Very happy with that.
    I'm going to not use as many this week & see what happens. xx

    Whoop Whoop! It seems that More IS More for you! I'm gonna try Weeklies this week and see how I go. X
