Prawns with a chilli sauce 100 calorie per serving

    Serves 4

    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
    2 tablespoons chilli sauce
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon fish sauce
    ½ teaspoon caster sugar
    ½ teaspoon sesame oil
    low fat cooking spray
    2 inch piece fresh root ginger peeled and chopped
    1 bunch spring onions
    2 garlic cloves crushed
    250g of prawns (or a mixture of sea food of your choice.)
    ½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes (optional)

    Mix together the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and set aside
    Heat a wok or large frying pan and spray with the low fat spray oil.
    Add the ginger, garlic and spring onions and stir for 1 min.
    Add the seafood and chilli flakes (if using) and toss well to mix. Cook for 1 - 2 mins until heated through.
    Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir to mix. Cook for 1 mins and serve.

    Serve with steamed bok choy and a little rice (adding the extra calories)

    This works with chicken as well as the seafood, but the calories would be a little higher.
