I go to group on my own too but you soon get chatting to people and make new friends.
Tonight in group me and a woman were both saying "corrrrr" to all the recipes in the 2015 book lol. I don't even know her name but we had a giggle and a laugh.

Thanks so much everyone- I've done my first day of EESP today which was fine. I've had 4 cups of green tea and been weeing all day- got to be a good sign right? Lol x
