Hey ladies!
Need some help. Really struggling this week I am pre mentsral and the cravings for chocolate etc ar killing me!!
I gave in at the weekend but don't want to do it again.
Trying to keep busy, have a bath,done the ironing, cleaned the house from top to bottom what now!!!!!
Don't know what to do...
I'm ok at work but its when I get home.
I have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter and I have exhausted everything with her play doh, painting, jigsaws.
HHHEEELLLPPPP!!!!

Once the little one is in bed, have a nice hot relaxing bath and an early night. That's the only way i can resist temptation, Helps with the shivering too, warms you up ;)

Also have you tried the bars if your craving chocolate. They are really nice and will def help me when i get my totm to help the cravings.

Also long baths with a book, watching a film and a early night with my husband help me.

Its weird.. I never crave chocolate on this diet because I mainly have one or 2 chocolate shakes a day!! But i think the best thing to do is try and keep busy.. and when your not busy - sleep!
