Thanks girls. Home n ready for bed. Actually home a while.
They done a trace in baby n the alarm went off. Twice!!! Nearly pee'd myself with fright as her HB went from 130 to 170 n seconds.... Eventually nurse came back in, checked the monitor n said all was fine. I told her about the alarms (assumed she hadn't heard as she never came in) n she knew about it n said it was just baby jumping about. Mad! Coz I didn't feel any of it!!!
They took blood. Done a quicky scan to check fluid around baby. N have to go back tomoro to get the anti d injection.
Doc checked baby's position n she's low down. But very low but working her way nicely (or so am told!!)

When did people start getting baths again rather than showers ?do I have to wait till I'm past 12 weeks x

I'd personally wait til second tri. Just in case. But u can only hav luke warm baths xx

We've found it really hard to both agree on any names we both like so had decided on this one years ago! Just hope it suits her when she's born

Most of the names ive mentioned to Rob he doesnt like for makes a excuse or something to it... Be easier I hope when we know the sex!!

We had a few names selected for Jacob, but Jacob wasn't one of them but we both decided when be was born that his name would be Jacob. So lucky we both agreed and picked the same name!!

Now 6.5 weeks til due date n still no closer!!!!!
There are names we like. But don't love. Nothing is jumping at us.... I reckon we'll hav a nameless baby for a few days at least...

My sister was like you with all 3 of her girls, she had a list of 10 or so names she liked but didn't love, and said the minute they were born she exactly which name suited them best

We had 2 top names and some other names on a list for Stevie - took us just short of a week to decide on Stevie I recall being in hospital and hubby said to me - so have we decided? I said ok and he sent a group text to everyone and then said 'too late now if we change our mind cos I e told everyone' lol

I love his name and suits his perfectly!! xxx

We've chosen our name, we're just hoping it suits him when he's born too we call him it now as we called him Bean for ages and we were worried we wouldn't be able to stop calling him that when he was born!

Haha snap! My sister didn't name my nephew for a few days so I started calling him Balthazar just to wind her up!! I don't even know where Balthazar came from but it stuck for a while. Oops. I've always had Cole as my boys name, since I was about 14. Good thing it suits him.

Eeekk! Well all I can really pick is boys names as kind of find easier with liking loads first time... But I might be having a girl!!!
It's so hard

We had no boys names and lots of girls names so we had to think fast when we found out we were having a boy! We picked Seth Rowan about 15 weeks before he was born but didn't tell anyone in case it didn't suit him, luckily it did but we had backup names just in case xxx

Well girls I'm 38 weeks today so thought it was time I tidied the lady garden!! Bloody hell it was hard work. I just couldn't see. Got a mirror but even that was hard work. Gave up and thought sod it, the midwifes will have seen worse so I'm just going with au natural for now. Still recovering from trying to be a contortionist with a massive belly!! Sorry of tmi!

Nooo i haven't got names sorted yet!!! I'm really finding it hard to decide....we like a few names but nothing is jumping out at me and i am really struggling with the responsibility of chosing a name he/she has to have for life!!!! Plus matching names with our surname (Lea, pronounced Lee) is REALLY hard - so many girls names end in the 'E' sound, and then it just sounds silly (or porn star-ish!).....like my full name is Kimberley Lea....far too many 'lee's' in there lol and then if it's Kim Lea I sound flipping chinese!!! Why did i marry a man with an impossible surname?! haha.

I'm determined not to have a "Baby Lea" and want it to have a name when it's born so i am hoping for some inspiration to hit sometime soon!

aww bless you for trying, the midwives will definitely have seen worse and i am sure they can appreciate how difficult it is! I got in the bath last night and was going to attempt shaving legs etc and just decided that it was too much like hard work so i'm still resembling a cave woman !
