Pregnancy and Baby Advice Thread: From Conception to Birth, and Beyond!

This seems a pretty good deal, anyone know if it's any good? I think baby would love it as he doesn't seem too far away from using it he's so big I think this would keep him occupied, the reviews look good x

Éabha got this but she was already 7 months so it's not had much use. Raging we didn't get it sooner (her uncle gave it to us) as she'd have loved it

We got one for Cole and he was in it loads. Only used it to 7 months when he started crawling as he didn't want to be fastened in once he got mobile. Definitely worth the money x

Would have loved one, but never had the money! MIL wanted to buy Oliver one for Xmas but he'll be 7 months old and she'd be spending a lot of money on something he wouldn't use for long!
Tried to convince her to buy it sooner so he could have had it at 4/5 months but nope she wouldn't :(
Regret not getting one so an offer like that, I'd buy it!

Aw Kirsty, they are fab but sooo pricey I got mine for £40 off eBay so that offer for new is really good xx

Thomas only goes in for 10 mins max at a time and you have to be in his view at all times as well so glad we got ours second hand and didn't pay too much for it!
He seems to be the exception though, everyone else's babies seem to love it!

Ruby loved hers (and still does ) very good buy for us.. X <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=160119"/>

She looks like her Daddy there!!x

I'm sure Oliver would have loved it but just lately he hates being in a chair and much prefers his play mat so he can roll to his hearts content, plus he's really trying to crawl so I think a Jumperoo would have been redundant for us now and he's only 6 months old!

Good job you didn't get one then!
Ben's crawling backwards today lol and getting frustrated he can't go forwards.
Ruby does look like her daddy there.... Such a cutie. Xx

Oliver has been trying to crawl for a whole now and he's almost there... He just loves being on his tummy and of course, he can roll to grab things he's not supposed to grab! Have had to start baby proofing already, little monkey!

Any of you ladies found that you've gone way over budget on your little ones Xmas presents??

We agreed to get Oliver just 2 things- a newborn to toddler rocker and some bath toys.
But somehow there's a whole big bag of clothes to wrap up too... Lol... X

Yep! We set a £150 budget. And have NO idea what we've actually spent but it's well over £250. And his birthday was £50 but we've spent double that too. And it's all toys, books and jigsaws, no clothes at all. Eek x

She gets more and more like him everyday.
I'm terrible haven't started Xmas shopping yet.. Not brought a thing!
Will do most of it online though can't be doing with the shops this time of year! Xx

We've a wardrobe full of presents and not one soft one lol xx

Yup. Same here. Altho I have gone a bit clothes mad, they'll not be wrapped. They're for wearing as of from tomorrow :)
She'll no clothes that fit her in January as they're all Christmas reference clothes lol
Toys n things, I'd said we were getting her 3 things. Something she :
1. Wants 2. Needs 3. To read...
She's got each of the above... Just more than 1 of each ha ha ha
