Pregnancy without the pounds

Friday might calorie count for last 4 days. I've managed to stay the same for the last fortnight so am happy with that. :)

Ok so calorie counting yesterday did not go well, I wasn't doing too bad until hubby went to the shops & brought back a pizza & tub of Ben & Jerrys!
So....back on plan today!

Sat. green

Breakfast

2 x toast & lf spread (2b & 2)
Scrambled eggs
Chopped peach with lf Greek yoghurt (2)
Milk (1a)

Lunch

Dinner

Jacket with cheese (1a)
Salad
Small slice of feta & spinach quiche (11)

I've been off plan for a couple of weeks & had our baby girl Amber. She is adorable.
I'm currently bf at the moment but am finding it difficult as my boobs are so sore.
I am going to attempt to get back on plan from today. all in all I gained 43lbs throughout my pregnancy, quite a few more than I would have liked! Anyway 10 days on & have so far lost 18lb so have 25lb left to lose.

Cous cous & mixed salad (2)

Cheesy beans on toast with lf spread (1a / 2b's & 2)

Aw congratulations :) Amber is a gorgeous name! 25 pounds isn't too bad at all.
Well done trying to bf know so many ppl who said how hard it is. Good on you getting on plan so quick too :) try not stress to much though Hun xx

Thanks. :) I'm hoping some of the weight is still pregnancy fluid, I've been weighing daily & am still losing every day which is great.
When we saw our little girl Amber was just perfect for her, here's some pics....

I'm sorry to anyone that reads my thread, the constant starting & stopping. I'm finding it so difficult to get motivated. The days I haven't been on plan I have been calorie counting.

We are off out viewing houses again today. I will have a big breakfast before I leave so hopefully I can manage to resist the rubbish of fast food! I might try & plan an Indian for tonight when we get home so I've got something to look forward to without going too over with syns.
