Pregnancy without the pounds

Yay....wi this morning & 2.5lb off! So happy with this. It's really spurred me on to have another good week.

So here goes

Friday SE

We've ended up having a very last minute weekend away at the mother in laws. Not very sliming world friendly at all, late Friday we ended up with pizza then last night ordered Chinese. Today we are going out for a Sunday roast. I will try & stay within 1500 cals for the day & get bk on plan tomorrow.

I've just been shopping & brought a gorgeous midnight blue dress to wear to my cousins wedding in a months time, they only had a size 10 & although its tight I am determined to shed as much weight as possible by then so it fits comfortably!! some serious hard work!! I'm 21lb from my start weight & am aiming for 3lb a week loss which I know is high but do able if I can put my mind to it!
So my plan of action is to do as many red & SE days as poss as I definitely lose quicker on these....lots of walking & drink plenty!

Ended up gong to my mother in laws for the evening & ordering a Chinese, I had a chicken chow mein & two chicken balls with a little sweet & sour sauce. I don't know on syns but will say (20)
