Pregnancy without the pounds

Thankyou! Yeah this is my first! Its nice that you actually have a date when your little one will be here though at least theres no waiting around :) im getting impatient already lol.

Have you always followed slimming world with ur pregnancies? I was on Dukan before getting pregnant but thats not really safe in pregnancy xx

I did Sw between my first two pregnancies & for the first couple of months into my second pregnancy but not really. I got to target after my last one by calorie counting & breasted for 18 months which really helped.
I started Sw again last sept. really enjoy it.
What's the dukan?
 
I'd like to breastfeed but you hear all these horror stories lol, oh well you'll never know until you try it i suppose! Dukan is like atkins, protein based diet xx
 
I had a bit of trouble the first time b/feeding, only bf my little boy for 2-3 weeks but he was so hungry I felt like all I was doing was feeding him. 2nd time I found it much easier, it was getting my daughter off the breast that was the problem! I would have stopped around 12 months if I could have but she wouldn't drink from any other source!
I will b/f this time but will try & introduce a bottle too quite early on to get her used to the transition!

Apart from going over slightly on my syns I'm so proud of myself for having an almost 100% week!
It's my little boys 4th birthday tomorrow & we are having a day out, I'm going to really try to make good Sw choices instead of of having an off plan day as I know that 1 day will undo my hard work.
 
So change of plan for today, I'm going to have an off plan day but calorie count & try not to exceed 1600 cals. Will be doing lots of walking so that'll burn a few.
I figured if I try & stay on plan I'll end up using loads of syns & struggle the rest of the week.
 
I've had a lovely day out for my lads bday, I did have a burger & chips for lunch, also some bday cake & toast for breakfast. Not sure on syns but done lots of walking so hopefully not too much damage done.
 
Got a family BBQ today & was going to get bk on plan BUT ate far too many syns! I don't think I've had too many calories though. Will definitely get bl on plan tomorrow!!!

150 cals on cross trainer & walking round town for a couple of hours.
Need to get hubby to set treadmill up as its so heavy & can't move it!
