Pretty little blue Pill!!!- the fight to the end!!!!!

hi all,
been busy lately, and not really been around much..

but i have some good news.. lost 3lbs last week (woop woop)
but seem to have put it all back on over night LOL...
we went out for thai for my mother in laws birthday (it was yummy) and some how ive put on 4lbs over night.... so i need to work super hard in getting that off plus my target of 2lbs for the week... ehhhh
oh well... you go up and you come down...

re food ive been pretty ok with it (well i must have been to have lost 3lbs!!)

so i am going to start writing it up from when i last wrote it... (might take me a couple of posts and probly a couple of days lol)

tuesday 23rd Feb

Drinks:
Squash:
Home: 1,1,= 600mls
Work: 1,1,1,1 = 1600mls
tea/coffee: 1,1,1,1,1= 1250mls
total= 3450mls WOW

Food
Breakfast: chocolate shake (premade)
Snack: small amount of shep pie and 1/2 packet snack a jacks
lunch: chocolate shake (premade)
snack:1/4 banana, large handful of raisins and a mullur light banana and custard.
dinner: weight watchers tikka masala ready meal and a couple of mouthfuls of the kids pasta
snack: weight watchers chocolate mousse

Exercise:
Wii Fit plus: Free step ( 30 mins fast), rhythm boxing (10 mins), skateboarding (easy), rhythm parade (advanced), rhythm kung fu (advanced)

wednesday 24th Feb

Drinks:
Squash:
Home: 1,1,1 = 900mls
Work: 1,1 =800mls
tea/coffee: 1,1,1,1 = 1000mls
total= 2700mls

Food
Breakfast:chocolate shake (premade)
Snack: 2 completly bad but yummy fudge oat biscuits
lunch: strawberry shake (premade)
snack: small amount of lasagne, 1/2 packet of caramel snack a jacks and 1 strawberry diabetic sweetie
dinner: mushroom and bacon rissoto
snack: nothing

Exercise:
biggest loser 29mins moderate full body workout (almost colapsed through it as i was starving and had no energy at all its blooming hard!!)

Thursday 25th Feb

Home: 1= 300mls
Work: 1,1,1,1 =1600 mls
tea/coffee: 1,1,1,1,1= 1250mls
total=3150mls

Food
Breakfast: chocolate shake (premade)
Snack: couple of mouthfuls of fish stew
lunch: chocolate shake (premade)
snack: 1 banana, small bowl of cherrios, raisins and crunchy nut clusters
dinner: weight watchers creamy chicken and mushroom pasta (ready meal) and a cook your own bagette (only ate about 3/4 of it all)
snack: 1 weight watchers vanilla rice, 1 weight watchers rich chocolate pudding, 1 weight watchers mousse.... hmmm i got a craving for sweet things.. so thought id finish off what weight watchers puddings i had... whhoops.

will continue this later.
 
Hey, Kes, sounds good! At least you are getting your exercise in, apart from a walk to and from school every day with the boys I am getting nothing done, my wii fit is sadly neglected, must really get back to it. You are very goos with the fluid intake too. And well done on the 3lbs! Isn't it amazing how much easier it is to put it on than to take it off...
 
Well done on your 3lbs Kes! and if you're getting your exercise in then the red foodie bits shouldn't be too bad for you

Dinner: seafood stirfry
Snack: ambrosdia custard and caramel pudding, marshmello chocolate, small slice of ginger cake and 3-4 squares of chocolate...

Exercise:
biggest loser: 20 min light core training, and practice at the cycle challenge (about 10 mins)

think that was a bad day on food!!

Saturday 27th Feb

Breakfast: nothing
Snack: nothing
Lunch: lots of ham, 2 cheese triangles (extra light laughing cow) 1 custard and chocolate ambrosia pudding
Snack: cheese snack a jack (8% fat)
Dinner: small protion of seafood stirfry
Snack: 1 packet blackberry jelly (sugar free) gosh that was yummy!!

Exercise:
Wii fit Plus: kung fu x 2 (advanced), perfect 10, obstacle (353m) skating (easy), step plus, hoola hoop, snowboarding x2 (easy) rhythm parade (1x easy 1x hard) ski jump, 1/2 hour free fast step.

thats all i have time for at the moment.

I have snack a jacks for my mid morning break at work. I know they're over the fat thing but it's not like there's a lot of them
 
ill keep eating them, but im just putting the red foods as over the limit... lol

snack: couple of mouthfulls of hubbys banoffee cheesecake

wine: 2 large glassfulls of white wine.

no exercise.... :(

we went and had a photo shoot with some friends and thier beautiful baby, so we had no control over lunch.. hence only 2 slices....... and dinner i chose the healthiest option from the menu... it was really nice!!! i also didnt have a pudding, but did have a couple of hubbies.... i did have every intention on doing exercise, but we didnt get back till 11pm... ehhhhh didnt have tablets at all that day so i would hope i didnt get the effects, and i was spared any nasties!!

Monday 1st March

dinner: steak, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers) fat free dressing, light salad cream, cous cous (ainsley's spice sensation)
snack: weight watchers chocolate mousse and some black current jelly (sugar free), 1 chocolate chip cookie.

Exercise:
biggest loser: cycle challenge (1st) walked to the Dr's and back, and to the post box (at the end of our road) and back.

Tuesday 2nd March

apple juice: 1= 250mls

dinner: weight watchers sausage and mash, small amount of bacon and potato waffle
snack: 1x punnet raspberries,1 tub low fat custard, 1 cheese triangle (extra light laughing cow)

Hey ya!! Hows u? Youve been doin fab!! I'm back on the little blue pills on Wed (need a couple of days to detox first hehe) joinin the gym and cancelling weight watchers. I really want to stay on track this time, just gone totally off the rails since christmas!

well day one of slimming world.....

its interesting to say the least.. and i think i need to be careful i dont fall into the trap of having the same things every day....
but in saying that breakfast this morning was a supprise... i had weetabix with banana on top (with milk) i was shocked i didnt think i would be able to eat it because it wasnt smothered in sugar. i ate all of it, and i enjoyed it.. so i think that might be my breakfast for a while.... (at least at work anyway)
ehhhh

right i need to catch up on the last million weeks of food so im going to make a start on it before i ahve to get the little one up!...

so 1,500 cals daily is what i am going to have with no more than 30g
of fat daily

Breakfast
30g cornflakes 125ml semi milk
1 slice wholemeal bread 36g
on the bread jam

total cals 297 and total fat 2.2g

Lunch
Heinz scotch broth soup whole can
2 slice wholemeal bread
xtra light mayo
total cals 428 total fat 6.6g

Not decided what im going to have for dinner yet.

i hope to make a few friends here and hopefully im going on the right road for success.I wish everyone on here lots of luck and if i can help anyone please get in touch and we will all be able to help and support each other.
 
Kes, good luck with the new regime, if nothing else it will give you a break from the shakes and it is supposed to work well so could be just what you need.

i went to write all my last few weeks of diaries and the internet went down at work. so ive had to save them to a word doc... so when the internet is up and running at work (or i remember to take a usb drive) to get it off..

i hope ive done ok today.
and ive done a biggest loser workout.

feeling postive and still a little confused. but ill get through im sure!
