Hi,

I'm heading to Prezzo on Saturday and i was wondering if anyone can tell me the syn values for their flatbread pizzas with salad and the half pasta half salad dishes? I would probably go for the chicken and rosemary one or mushroom and spinach pizza or my other option is to have the half pasta with salad and I would probably go for the chicken and roasted pepper one .

Think I'll have to stay away from the starters or else I would be having deep fried mozzerella!!!

Hi, I can't tell you exactly, but I believe the chicken one you mentioned is about 490 calories. I had the half pasta (prawn and spaghetti)/ half salad the other day and it was 415 calories. I worked out my syns based on 1 syn per 20 calories. Not ideal as there was free food in it, but I couldn't figure out any other way!!
