Have started xen on Tuesday 12/07 lunch time, using mfp and 1800 cal. I have about 25kgs to loose. No accidents so far!! My biggest issue is that I have one good day and then stab myself in the foot the next day by eating over my cals. Which normally means my weight stays the same... I go to a Zumba class 2-3 times a week too if I can. I also suffer from a lack of sleep due to 2 small ones who like waking in the night, so feel tired most of the day.
