Primula Light HeA

It's not in the book or online as a Healthy Extra A but I have seen a few sites where they list either half a tube or a whole tube can be used as your HeA - anyone have anything further to add?
Is there a formula to work out if food can be used as a He based on the ingredients/nutritional info?

Personally I would say if it's not in the book or on the website to not use it as a HEA, as if the recipe has changed since the other websites have published, the information on those websites won't be up to date, whereas the SW website will be
