I looove the peanut butter kit kat chunkys :drool: I haven't had one since they came back out, mind. I might treat myself to one after WI tonight :drool:

How many dairylee light triangle's are a hea?

Total Syns: 15.5 must cut down on sugar in tea!

Would like some encouragement as really would like to lose some weight for my holiday in September!

L: 2 X 400g brown bread, 1 tsp flora light (), beans, 28g chedder (HeA), 1 tsp mayo(), diet coke, fat free strawberry mullerlight

D:

S: Black coffee, mini choc digestive (2), chicken breast, apple, banana

I had an awful day yesterday, so many negative things happened and have a very stressful meeting next week. So my diet kinda went out the window plus i had a dinner to go to. But I don't want this to fail me, so moving forward. On a positive note I really enjoyed my dinner out and it let me relax.

Saturday 4th February

B: Tea, milk, sugar (2)

L: 2x chicken breasts, chicken & paprika seasoning, 1 tbsp maple syrup (1), SW chips, 2 tbsp bbq sauce (2), lettuce, tomatoes, diet coke, banana

S: Tea, milk (hea), sugar (1), fibre plus (heb), pineapple, grapes

D: Seafood and meat paella with veg, glass of wine (6), biscuit (4), tuna and egg salad

Total Syns: 16

Sunday 5th February

Omg it is freezing, snow here, it makes everything look magical and perfect but I don't fancy going out in it! This weather makes me want to snuggle under the duvet, watch movies and eat lots of comforting food. As i'm a mum I don't think this will be happening, a girl can dream. Anyway back to my diary

B: 2 X Weetabix (HeB), SS milk (hea), chopped up banana

L: Uncle Bens micro sweet and sour rice (free)

D: Turkey roast dinner, gravy (3), 2 ferroro rocher (8)

Snacks: Tea, milk (apart of HeA), sugar (1), funsize crunchie nut (3)

Monday 6th February

I had my weigh in this morning and i've lost 2 pounds, so i'm happy with that. Would like to *try* and keep syns down a bit this week and lose a pound.

B: Coffee, sugar (1), milk (1), lean bacon, 2 x 400g bread (HeB), 1tsp ketchup (0.5), flora light 1tsp (1)

L: SW spag bol with lots of veg, orange squash. I shared this with my toddler and it was a big hit! 28g Chedder (HeA)

D: Still undecided on dinner, maybe SW chips with beans and babybel cheese or might go to the shop and get something SW friendly. No idea what I fancy after a heavy lunch.

Snacks: Tea, milk (1), sugar (1), jammie dodger (4)
