Pro Points for Common Foods

I'm on the WW site and is there a list of common foods and their new Pro Points value on the site or even on here?

If not, could we start one on here, I think it would be really useful.

For example I am trying to find out the Pro Points value for (either an average portion or the exact weight):
  • milk
  • slice of lean bacon
  • low fat spread
  • eggs
  • sprinkle of grated cheese
  • slice of ham (for sandwiches)
  • meduim jacket potato
  • average new potatos
  • roast potatos
  • mash potato
  • average serving of pasta
  • average serving of rice
  • chicken breast portion
  • pitta bread
  • gravy
  • sausage
  • portion of gammon
  • is all veg and fruit 0 PP even peas and sweetcorn
  • portion of beef
  • stuffing
Also is there an updated eating out guide for McDonalds etc and all Chinese food not just the ones on the WW site.

Any help would be much appreciated!

If you go on the daily Mail website and click on the heading "Femail" there is an article there, and it has a list of foods,which are pointed with the new pro points. Hope this is helpful.

Thanks for that, I've also found the Find and Explore section on the WW website, but it seems to have different values for food I've read elsewhere like jacket potatos and gammon, not sure why though, do you think I should follow it from the WW site?

I can't find the Femail article at all that lists Pro Points, is there any chance you could post the link.
