I'm the same Louise... really lost all motivation. Can't even be bothered to come onto this forum!!
I'm hoping to wake up in a better frame of mind 2mo as got busy end of wk n wkend (away for ma bday out n then party etc sat nite) so cud do wiv losin as much fat as poss b4 it all goes t*ts up agen!

Dont worry about the dominos' I had one last week and still managed to lose 2 lb lol. You'll be fine :) xx
 
Thanks girls I've woken up really bloated and I've relised I don't need that food anymore I just feel so fat & horrible so I think my motivation might be back!.. Watch this space :) x

Hey guys!
ARHHHHHHHH well been a good few weeks since I've been on this! Started a new job Which is all shifts so it was hard to keep up with WW! & been impossible to get to meetings! But now my shift patten is sorted I am ready to start again! No idea how much my weight is and am DREADING my WI Thursday ! However I'm starting tomorrow due to reading all ur amazing food diaries! So from tomorrow I will be updating EVERYDAY!!
So watch this space! & I'll let you no my dreadful weight :( !
