I think Extra Easy is as it says on the tin.....It's easy
That's the beauty of it hun, have your meat/fish/potatoes/pasta on your plate but make sure at least 1/3 of the plate has a nice portion of veg or salad on it.
I make a big habit of doing this with anything I have now. Even with curry, I have a little side salad with it and its great as the salad cools me down after I've eaten my curry lol!
You can still snack on mugshots etc but they recommend to snack on superfree foods so it's good to have a portion of fruit handy too.
You'll love Extra Easy once you get the hang of it.
I joined SW in July last year and have done mainly EE all the time - just the occasional green day when I've been having a veggie main meal in the evening. Have found it very easy to do.
