Hi does it matter which path you take ie, x3 shakes a day or x2 bars and X1 shake a day...I'm thinking of just doing shakes....does anyone know which is best? I've got 11 stone to loose

Hi Bex,
I don't think that there's any difference in having 3 shakes or 2 shakes and a bar.
The main thing is that you make sure you get enough water every day and stick with the plan.
If you have a read of the diaries people have put on then maybe that will give you more of an idea if there is any difference between the two and you can see how the losses compare.
