Im weighing on saturday and im crossing everything to be at my goal of 11st 7 - total of 4st loss,
Iv now decided to push for 10st 7 but not through cd! Ive been eating again for nearly 2 months now and have still continued to lose, so it can be done just slowly,

Iv lost 4stone and it took me just under 6months! I couldnt hack cambridge for any longer than 14weeks lol!!!! Im now trying to lose a further 10-14lbs excercising and eating well! Feeling soooo much better!!

Thank you im currently 10st 12 and working my way slowly down to 10st...... Ive had a lot of off days lately!!! But it feels great to b able to eat and still lose!!
