Friend called and asked if I wanted to go to Nandos for dinner as my BF is working away this eve...I had just eaten lunch so am going to have to try to make this an EE day!!

Thinking I can have a plain salad and chicken with the skin removed for a couple of syns?

Well went to Nandos and they didn't have any chicken!!!!! Seriously! They only had the pittas/burgers no chicken from the grill!

Hiya! I am back from a weekend in Ireland at a family wedding... have not been this tired in a loooonnng time!!! Weekend was 100% off plan, booze, chocolate, food, bread the lot!! But was a bloody fantastic weekend!!

Did WI on Friday morning before the flight and was 10.13.5!!! So 1.5lb off, at long last but have no doubt that is all back on and some!!!

So back on it as of today and am craving all things green and healthy thank God!! The thought of bread, sweets or anything like that is horrifying me at the moment!!!
 
Friday - Monday - booze, chocolate, all things bad!!!!

Clean slate Tuesday!!! Although is not planned as yet because had nothing in the fridge so having to purchase as I go today!!! Although think dinner maybe mushy pea curry...

Hope the wedding was good, glad you didn't worry about diet. You never know sometimes when our bodies are in a routine having a few days off doesn't always result in a gain. Back on it now till sat and you'll be fine :)
