Maybe after my week off I'll give the bran crunchies ago (see what the damage is)

Pasta and sauce with added tin of cherry tomatoes and mushrooms for SSF

Dinner – went to my parents for the night

Salad with low fat dressing (1)
Light mayo – (2)
2 spoonful’s Coleslaw (5ish?)

Hot choc made with half skimmed milk half water (1.5)
Ovaltine light (1.5)
Square dark chocolate (1.5)

So while at my Parents I had a rummage through my wardrobes there (I practically could move home and not have to bring anything with me!!! I even have my old ghd's there!!!) Anyway tried on a few pairs of jeans that have not seen my ankles let alone thighs in the past 2/3 years!!! And...they fit!!!! Topshop size 10 and River Island size 10, was buzzing!! Am now worried though that a dress I bought last month for my cousins wedding on the 20th August isn't going to fit properly!! Going to try it on tonight and see...was in the sale at LK Bennet and the ******* don't do refunds on sale items so will have to hope it does fit!! Oh the drama!!! ;))

Amazing on the jeans front, I have a pair at home that are the real measure of success for me. Can't you have the dress taken in (if you need to)?

I am not sure, didn't try it on in the end last night, but if worst comes to worst, will see if I exchange it for a smaller size in John Lewis...

felt like having a real chocolate/biscuit binge last night - not sure why but found it hard not to but think I didn't do too badly really

So this week is going to be a tough one...

Today is my brothers birthday and I am taking the afternoon off to meet him for lunch and a few drinks in the West End, then this evening I am going back to my parents with him and we are going out for dinner...then Thursday I am meeting up with a friend who emigrated to Australia 3 years ago and back in the UK for the 1st time so we are meeting up and big group of us going out...finally, Friday I am meeting up with an old school friend who I haven't seen in about 4 years!!!

But other than the drink - I am going to make sure I keep up the SF and make sensible choices as am determined to see 10.something on the scales!!!!
 
Monday - not sure maybe EE!!? - As predicted was tricky and went over syns but made the most sensible choices I could give that we were celebrating! Going to be 100% today and tomorrow as off work again Thursday afternoon for lunch and drinks. Could soooo do with out being social!!!! I doubt I will be seeing the 10's this week now. :( :( :(

And next time I see that friend will be in about 3 years so, hey ho!!
