Lunch - left over quorn and veg chilli, couscous, satsuma, apple, ww yog

Dinner - vegtable and past bake made with low fat cottage cheese, quark, eggs and cheese (a), ww yog

Snack - babybel light (2), rich tea (2)

Lunch - chicken and vegtable broth, apple, plum, satsuma, ww yog, apple

Dinner - lynda mccartney sausages, onion gravy, mashed potatoes with ff fromage frais and spring onion, cabbage, carrotts, peas, muller light

Snack - rich tea (2)

Dinner - veg and mushy pea curry, rice

Lunch - apple x 2, plum, muller light, pasta and sauce with broccoli

Dinner - Quorn mince and veg with pasta and cheese (a)

Snack - rich tea (2), pickled onions, 2 raw carrots, babybel light (2), hifi light (3), muller light with rice pudding

Pasta n sauce, broccoli, rich tea (2), mullet light.

Beef stir fry, prawn toast, triffle style lemon curd pudding, wine
