    Hi
    Could someone work out my propoints please?
    I am 35 5'9 n weigh 160lbs or 11st 6 n sit down most of the day but gym 5/6 times a wk x

    The rule that most use is 70 calories burnt = 1 AP (some do use a 100 calories but i think this is abit high)
    Another good thing to remember is that if you dont have your calculator with you when shopping 40 calories roughly = 1pp sometimes its abit more but not always
