I very sneakily stepped on the scales this morning. I'm not due to weigh-in till next week (I weigh myself monthly) but I just wanted a little progress report.

In the 3 weeks of October, I have lost 8lbs, which makes 23lbs in 7 weeks!!

    :D:D:D:D

That was a bloody good progress report.

Now I feel really motivated to have a superb week and an extra-special end 0f month weigh-in next Friday.

:D:D:D:D:D (just for the hell of it!!!)
