I am using Myfitnesspal and when I put my foods into the daily diary it is saying I am having too much protein.
Should I worry about this? will it slow my weight loss down? I am only on day 2 of the xenical and really want to do well.

    Thanks Chelle xx

I am having way over what I should because I have meat or tuna with my salad at lunchtime and then a meat based dinner at night. I am trying to have a pasta based meal now for one of them.
