Pub's Gym Diary

    Right, I want to keep a diary/blogy type thing of my gym and eating activities starting from today. Just so I can look at it all and for some of you guys to criticise it to the max (don't hold back!)

    19th August

    Breakfast - none
    Lunch - Chicken sandwich
    Tea - take away pizza (naughty naughty pub)

    Gym - 15 mins cross trainer, arm shoulder and back weights, 15 mins cross trainer.

    20th August

    Breakfast - none
    Lunch - small portion of chillie (no rice)
    Tea - home made thai chicken curry with small portion of boiled rice

    I did start drinking 4 cups of green tea through the day.

    Gym - None, didnt go, bad me! Little un was playing up all night so didn't get chance to go.

    21st August

    Breakfast - one go ahead forest fruit yogurt break bar
