Pulled a muscle in my chest :-(

    I've broken my booooob!!!

    I woke up Wednesday and it felt like I'd pulled a muscle in my chest. It's feeling worse today (probably because it's so fricking cold). I wanted to do body pump tonight but can't now.

    Other than muscle rubs, anyone else know anything that can help? (I've taken ibuprofen).

    Ouch! But that did make me chuckle... lol. I'm sure your OH would be happy to help with the muscle rubs lol.

    What about that nurofen stuff? Like Deep Heat but better. Hope it gets better soonxx

    Gentle heat (hot water bottle) or ice :eek: and then gentles stretches to just short of your pain. Massage with any cream. The ibuprofen gel cannot penetrate the skin to get to a muscle. It's the actual massage that helps.

    Thanks all. It is hurting and doing my nut in to be honest. Someone made me laugh in a meeting this morning and it set it off. Serves me right having fun at work eh?

    I will try the suggestions and hopefully it'll pass soon enough. x
