Pulling it back!

Hi ladies!

This is my first post so really sorry if it's in the wrong place.

I had a 1.5lb gain last week as had two weeks off plan. I really wanted to get rid of that this week and was really good all week but blew it at the weekend (as always!)

I've drawn a line under it and know what's done is done but was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to maybe pull it back so I can hopefully lose or sts?

I've made the soup and had some lunch, I've got mushy pea curry for dinner.

Have drank loads of water too, fingers crossed for weigh in tomorrow night.
