Way to go...am nervous now (for not quite two weeks' time), but I am sure I can do it as have run further recently...fingers crossed and all that!

Tues 28th - gym 40mins (20mins weights, 10mins CT, 10mins treadmill
45min Spin
Approx 700cals
Really miss my HRM :cry:
