Breakfast - Ginger green monster smoothie

Snack - Grapes

Lunch - Turkey breast salad at subway, 1 syn for olives and 2 syns for sweet onions sauce. (about a tbsp on the side)

Lunch 2 - 4 x dark rye ryvita (hexb) + chicken liver pate and a couple of onion bhajis/

Dinner - Notdogs, dryfry eggs and some roast asparagus.

Drinks

1 mug black tea
1 mug green tea
1 bottle water
1 pint lime kefir water
2 mug fresh coffee

Syns used - 3

Exercise - 2 x 5km bike rides.

Planned food today

Breakfast - Porridge, banana and hazelnut syrup (hexb). 1.5 syns of skimmed milk.

Snack - 4 x dark rye ryvita, chicken liver pate (6 syns)

Lunch - Notdogs, bacon medallions, tinned tomatoes and a poached egg.

Dinner - not sure yet, something light before weigh in ;)

Syns used 7.5

Exercise

School run 1 - 2.3km walk with Toby. First time completely pram free, yay.
School run 2 - the same hopefully
Bike ride to fat club and back - 3km.

1/2lb on for me last night. I expected as much due to some intestinal issues, all sorted today so will hope for a bigger loss next week ;)

I came home and commiserated with two slices of toast. Not good for my gluten intolerance issues but have satisfied the craving for another 6 months or so. Also the side effects helped fix my other problem! lol

Lunch - Roast pepper, tomato, chilli and BNS soup. Followed by some fresh pineapple.

Dinner - Faggots (3syns), SW chips, roast broccoli and asparagus.

Drinks so far
1 mug black tea
1 pint kefir cream soda
3 mugs (lovely hot) black coffee

Syns used 4.5

Hiya

Well your food looks good today, as usual. I struggle with soup as I always associate it wiith bread! Sometimes I make a few potato wedges to have with it instead! I hope the weather is better with you than it is here. I've walked the dog and got soaked. Off to hairdressers now. Enjoy your coffee and the peace and quiet!!!! Have a good day x
 
I've got better at disassociating soup from bread, I do miss it though and haven't found anything that can quite replace it. I keep my soups a lot chunkier than I used to, so it's more stew-like than a finely blended soup.

Peace and quiet has been fantastic, but weird though. I am not used to having the house to myself :)

What crinkle chips do you have? The ones I've seen are quite high in syns

Breakfast - Porridge 25g (4.5 syns) , banana + 1.5 syns of skimmed milk.

Snack - 4 x dark rye ryvita (hexb), 2 x tsp of clover and 1 tbsp of jam - 4 syns

Lunch - Roast pepper/tom/BNS soup

Dinner - Salt and pepper chicken and veggie fried rice + seconds.

Snacks - 1 x penguin (5.5) syns

Drinks so far

4 mugs green tea
1 pint kefir lime soda

Exercise

School run 1 - 2km
School run 2 - 2.3km

Syns used - 14

I ate far too much and felt really bloated :S

Dinner - Chilli, lime and ginger beef with swede chips.

Snack - 6 x dark rye ryvita (hexb + 3syns), 4 tsp clover (4 syns) 1 tbsp jam (2 syns)

Snack - Chocolate green monster smoothie with 1tbsp cocoa (1 syn), 1/2 hexa kefir milk and hazelnut syrup.

Drinks so far

2 mug green popcorn tea
4 mug green sour cherry
1 pint lime kefir

Syns used 11

Exercise

School run 1 - 2.6km
School run 2 - 2km
