Morning all

Just a quick one from me, lost 3lb this week :happy036: -so I got my 3st award too :D.
Hubby has left for work (he is on duty) -so Im going to get brekkie, finish my meal plan and shopping list as hubby will get back tomorrow morning and then have the day off -so I can get the shopping done out of the way. Once I have let brekkie settle I will be getting on the wii -with the curtains closed and the fan on full welly -its a sticky hot day here again :rolleyes:
Anyway -pinkies crossed for anyone else weighing in today.
Will try and pop back later to catch up,,, have a good day everyone :D
