Starting WW tomorrow!

Will Log my food on here, cant wait to get started, anyone who wishes to follow my diary please do and any advice really is welcome.

Aiming to get to goal for Christmas 2013, will do my official weigh-in in the morning but i think i have about 4st to lose.
 
aww good luck fot tomorrow hun! I've only been doing it a week but I'm really enjoying it! i had a super hard week my first eek as I was ill and had loads on my plate and I still stuck to it.

Thanks so much everyone, i am starting today instead as OH was ill yesterday and ended up looking after him (you know what men are like) and running round after my toddler. Didnt even get time to sit down let alone think about what i was eating :s excuses excuses i know. So have weighed in this morning and my official start weight is 15st 2 1/4 lbs :( Following WW online, weighing in on a wed morning. Probably worth mentioning for any veggies on here im vegetarian so any help with advice regards to veggie recipies is welcome :)


Day 1

Breakfast:-

1 egg (2)
1 Slice Hovis Best of Both Thick (3)
1/2 Tin Chopped Tomatoes (0)
1tbsp Tomato Ketchup (0)

Lunch:-

2 Weight Watchers Bagels (8)
60g Extra Light Soft Cheese (2)
Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes & Lettuce (0)
1 pk WW Crinkle Crisps (2)

Dinner:-

1 Pack Old El Paso chilli a jalepeno Rice (10)
Peppers, Mushrooms & Onions (0)

Snacks:-

2 20g Packs Melba Toast (4)
3/4 Pack Nutri Grain breakfast biscuits (4)
2 1/2 Cadbury Chocolate Digestives (5)

Total 40/35

Food looks good hun!

Love your breakfast except the best of both bread lol I hate the stuff!
